Prior to flight or departure from your home

Beginning July 1, 2020, the Greek government has determined how the country will welcome travellers, carry out the necessary diagnostic screening and keep everyone safe throughout the season.

The Passenger Locator Form (PLF) is a key element in the planning. All travellers are obliged to complete their PLF at least 48 hours before entering the country, providing detailed information on their point of departure, the duration of previous stays in other countries, and the address of your stay while in Greece. Cancellation policy

With a view to offering flexibility to our customers, we have changed our cancellation policy.

Individual bookings with check-in dates up to 18 October 2020, including reservations with pre-paid rates that are typically more restrictive, can be cancelled or changed free of charge 10 days prior to arrival. Any changes are subject to the hotels’ availability and to variations in the rate. For guest prepayments a Credit Voucher will be issued for the full paid amount which can be used for future reservations to our hotel till October 2021.

All new individual reservations are allowed to be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 21 days prior to arrival. Furthermore we require no deposit/prepayment for all new reservations up to 21 days prior to arrival.


Given the new situation caused by Covid-19, we are working to ensure our customers’ wellbeing and peace of mind. Please be aware that, in order to meet our country’s hygiene requirements, there may be some changes to our services or facilities that differ from what is described on the website. Please be aware that all the changes that may occur are only to ensure our customers’ wellbeing and peace of mind.
